David Beale teaches a Watercolor Class on Tuesday Evenings in the
conference room at 37 Church Street, (County Office Building) 6:30pm
-8:30pm. The class is loosely structured with a lesson plan or
experiment at the beginning of each class and then an allotment of time
for individual students to have one-on-one attention as they develop
their painting techniques and styles. The cost is $12.50 per class.
